The Lunar Isle Mine is located in the north-eastern part of Lunar Isle. In here, you can mine lunar ore, pure essence and gems just like in Shilo Village. The Dream Mentor quest starts here.
Rocks
- In the centre is pure essence
- To the west are 6 gold rocks
- To the south are 3 silver rocks
- To the south-east are 3 gem rocks
- To the north-east is 1 gold, 3 silver and 1 gem rock

Suqahs can be found at the entrance outside the mine.

Cyrisus can be found before and during the Dream Mentor quest.

- Despite being called the rune essence mine, only pure essence may be mined here, due to the fact that 60 Mining is needed for Lunar Diplomacy.
- This is the only location that's actually charted on the Runescape Map that you can mine pure essence from.
