King worms can be pickpocketed from Gnomes with level 75 Thieving and found on the ground in the swamp near the Grand Tree and near the sunflower patch at Taverley. Another way to get king worms is to talk to a gnome woman or gnome child at the Tree Gnome Stronghold. However, it is not guaranteed that you will always get a king worm from her, so it is an unreliable method.
When consumed by themselves, they heal 20 lifepoints.
They are used in Gnome cooking to create the worm-based foods.
