Juju gumbo is a food that can be made by using a potion from the Herblore Habitat activity. When cooked, this heals 220 lifepoints with the extra benefit of healing 10 lifepoints a second for 10 seconds. This makes the Juju gumbo the highest healing food outside of Daemonheim, with a total of 320 life points restored.
Follow these steps to make juju gumbo:
- Use a Juju cooking potion on a baked potato to make a Strange potato. A "Make All" option is not available for this step.
- Use a bowl on tuna (with a knife in inventory)
- Use a chopped tuna on cooked sweetcorn.
- Use the strange potato on the tuna and corn to make juju gumbo.
You get 50 cooking experience for each gumbo.
Trivia
- If two gumbos or baron sharks are eaten, the 10 second healing effect will not stack. (If you eat two gumbos in quick succession, you will only be healed 440 lifepoints plus the 100 over 10 seconds, not 440 lifepoints plus 200 over 20 seconds).
