Gorak claw powder is gained during A Fairy Tale Part II quest by grinding a Gorak claw using a pestle and mortar and is used in the production of a Magic essence potion. It can also be obtained and used the same way after the quest.
Gorak claws are obtained by killing Goraks, which can be found through the fairy rings (code DIR) or in the God Wars Dungeon.
