Fragments are quest items used in the Slug Menace quest. They are given to the player by Col. Jake O'Niall and the player must glue them together using sea slug glue to form Page 3 of Maledict's holy book. This page is used in conjunction with Page 1 and Page 2 of the book in order to determine how to make the special runes needed to open a mysterious door in the newly discovered shrine beneath Witchaven.
