The Factory boots are a reward from the Flash Powder Factory minigame and are part of the factory outfit. They can be bought from Brian O'Richard for 1750 Brianpoints. While equipped, they improve agility around obstacles in the factory, decreasing the failure rate for each obstacle by 30%.
The entire outfit confers a major bonus to Herblore; wearing three out of the five factory items will give a chance of creating 4-dose potions instead of 3-dose, and while wearing all five of the pieces, creating unfinished potions will give the same amount of experience as cleaning the relevant herb.
