Erasmus was a temporary NPC for starting the Legends' Quest, Dragon Slayer and Shilo Village. In the RuneScape 2 Beta players had to speak to him, until Runescape 2 was officially launched where the quest was transferred from Runescape Classic in its original form, with Radimus Erkle returning as the NPC to start the quest.
