The Conch shell is an quest item used during the Hunt for Red Raktuber quest. A player blows into it to signal the submarine, requesting entry.
A player has to be in the Clockwork suit and wearing the correct fish hat. After the submarine is summoned, the player has to perform the correct sequence of penguin emotes in order to gain entry in the submarine.
