Bronze helm

The Bronze helm is the weakest medium helmet. It can be equipped to give a player (slightly) better Defence bonuses in combat. Its recommended use is in melee combat. Players can make a bronze medium helmet with the Smithing skill at level 3 using 1 bronze bar, and having a Hammer in their inventory, giving the player 12.5 smithing experience. Players can purchase this medium helmet from Peksa's Helmet Shop in Gunnarsgrunn or at the Warriors' Guild Armoury in Burthorpe. It is required for the Black Knights' Fortress, King's Ransom and While Guthix Sleeps quests. Bronze helms respawn in the south-eastern corner of Draynor Manor. Falador and Ardougne Guards seem to wear striped Bronze helms.
