Body body is an item released with the Elemental Workshop III quest. It is part of the Elemental Workshop equipment and one of the rewards obtained from completing the quest. A body body can be created by smithing two body bars on the anvil in the Elemental Workshop, provided the player has a Ragged book in their inventory. It, along with the Elemental, Mind, Chaos, and Cosmic bodies are the only chest equipment to show an animation when equipped. In comparison to a mystic robe top, the body body is less protective against magic attacks by 3 points but more protective against a summoning familiar's attacks by 5 points. Therefore, it's not as efficient as the mystic robe top in most situations, however if fighting someone with a high levelled familiar it may prove more useful as it has a higher summoning defence.
