An Amulet mould allows a player to make amulets through the Crafting skill out of gold bars and possibly along with gems by using them on a furnace. An amulet mould can be stored in the Toolbelt.
These can be bought from any crafting shop (located in Al-Kharid, Rimmington, Ape Atoll and Sophanem) for 5 coins, and also respawns in the Crafting Guild on the ground floor. In P2P players can also find them in a POH that have a tool store 4 or higher.
