An abyssal demon head is a very rare drop from Abyssal demons, which require 85 Slayer to kill. It can be mounted in player-owned houses in the Skill Hall at level 58 Construction, or turned into an abyssal minion pet. Both methods are one-time uses and the head cannot be reclaimed.
If players wish to have the abyssal demon head mounted, it must be taken to the taxidermist in Canifis. She will charge 12,000 coins and take the abyssal demon head away, giving them a stuffed abyssal demon head. They can then mount it in their player-owned house using 2 mahogany planks.
After Ritual of the Mahjarrat, it can be tuned with bane ore to create Abyssalbane ore, which is effective against abyssal demons.
If players wish to make an abyssal minion, they must take it, either stuffed or unstuffed, to Nomad or Zimberfizz at Soul Wars who will take it and 85 zeal points away from them and give them an abyssal minion which, when dropped, will follow the player like all pets. The abyssal minion must be fed ashes or else it will run away.

Trivia
- If a player notices, they will find that the head received is much larger then the head of an abyssal demon. It might be an oversight from Jagex.
