A Livid plant is used in Livid Farm. It is obtained in groups of 1-10 (depending on how many free inventory slots the player has). Using the String Jewellery spell, 5 at a time are bunched into Livid plant bunches, which are then deposited in the trade wagon to earn 120 Produce Points. This item cannot be banked, and shows a value of 15 gp at the Items Kept on Death screen. This item will disappear if it's dropped on death.
