Moira is an NPC involved with Court Cases. She is the evil twin sister of Molly and is responsible for many crimes.
She is also found in the Evil Twin random event, in which she is among five suspects. She dresses exactly the same as her twin sister, and the player must use a mechanical claw to catch her.

- Her name may come from the Greek μοιρα (moira), meaning "fate".
