A suspect is someone you can grab and put in the cage in the Evil Twin random event. There are five of them. One of them will look like Molly, whilst the others will have differences in their hair or clothing, but not the colour of clothing. There are many looks, so a picture can't be added.
They all have the left-click "Grab" option, but this cannot be used as the player must control the mechanical claw to catch a suspect.
When a suspect is caught and thrown into the cage, she would exclaim "You're putting me in prison?" If she isn't Moira, she would vanish. If she is, she would do the Angry emote and all other suspects would vanish, and the player should go back to Molly.
