The Elemental body is a piece of armour that can be made after completion of Elemental Workshop III. It is similar to the Elemental shield and Elemental helmet - which are rewards received from the two previous installments in the quest line. Only the first Elemental workshop quest is required to wield the Elemental metal body.
An Elemental body can be created by smithing two Elemental bars on the anvil in the Elemental Workshop, provided the player has a Ragged book in their inventory, and has completed Elemental Workshop III.

Trivia
- When you smith this item, the message in the chatbox says 'Following the instructions in the book, you make an elemental body body.' This is not correct.
