Odd gnomebowls are discontinued items formerly made using the cooking skill. If players made an error while attempting to prepare any gnomebowl as part of gnome cooking, an odd gnomebowl would be created. As part of an overhaul of gnome cooking, Jagex removed the ability to make errors while preparing food, resulting in the item's deletion.
Like other gnomebowls, these could be eaten, albeit with different and more minor side effects; however, they were generally considered undesirable because of their minimal effects, and the fact that Aluft Gianne Sr would not buy them.
