It is created by clicking the Mix-cocktail option on a cocktail shaker, with a vodka, a brandy, a gin, two lemons and an orange in your inventory, requiring level 37 Cooking. If a player has lemon chunks, orange chunks, equa leaves, a sliced lime and a cocktail glass in their inventory, they can choose the Pour option, creating a Blurberry special.
