Borrokar is one of Rellekka's many citizens. Borrokar lives in a hut next to the Rellekka mine. He can be killed during the quest The Fremennik Trials to obtain the Enchanted Lyre instead of the player making it themselves. He has a higher drop rate for the Lyre than both Lanzig and Freidir. (Making the Lyre is faster than killing either 3 of them. Only players that don't meet the requirement are advised to kill them.)
