The Pirate snowman hat is used during the 2007 Christmas Event to make a pirate snowman. During the event, it could be obtained by talking to a Snow Imp that appeared around various locations around Runescape. If players tried to keep the hat when the event ended, it would disappear and a message would appear when they next logged in.
