A snowman is an NPC that was first featured as part of the 2007 Christmas event and afterwards also featured in the 2011 Easter event. It appears to be wearing a top hat and a scarf.
Players could make a (traditional) snowman themselves by building an unfinished snowman out of snow, and then adding a Snowman top hat to it.
They could also be found as scenery on various locations around RuneScape during the 2011 Christmas event.

Trivia
- The snow man might occasionally throw a snow ball at bypassing players and then look away and whistle like nothing happened as seen in the picture below.
