The Narogoshuun key is an item used during the Land of the Goblins.
To obtain the key the player must first go to the Goblin Cave and turn into a goblin using using a Transmogrification potion. The player must then wear orange goblin mail in order to be able to access the Narogoshuun goblin tribe's area in the cave. The player can then pickpocket the Narogoshuun priest to obtain the Narogoshuun key required to continue the quest.
