Hazeel's mark is a quest item from the quest Hazeel Cult. Players who have lost their mark can get it back by speaking to Clivet. Hazeel's mark has no stat bonuses, and there is little reason to keep it after completing Hazeel Cult aside from aesthetic reasons. You will not earn this item if you choose the Ceril side.

Trivia
- It is most likely in the form of the letter "Z" because Hazeel had rebelled alongside with Zamorak against Zaros.
- Therefore, Hazeel's Mark is worn by many players that follow the god Zamorak or Zaros most likely just for the reason of the amulet having the letter "Z" on it.
- Besides showing that you have sided with Hazeel in the quest, this item is of no use after the quest is over with.
- Before the graphical update for Hazeel's Mark, it strongly resembled the amulets worn by Zamorak mages in the God Wars Dungeon, although wearing it did not count as a Zamorak item.
