A Teak chest is a crate that can be built in the Treasure Room in a player-owned house. To build one, the player requires at least 83 Construction, 5 Teak planks and 4 Steel bar. It gives 530 Construction experience.
It can only be opened when the Treasure room guardian is defeated.It can hold up to 100,000 coins. A player must wait five minutes before adding treasure to his or her chest.
