Wizard boots are magical blue wizard boots. These boots can be obtained from level 2 Treasure Trails. They are mainly used by mages to gain a magic bonus for casting spells. They require level 20 Magic to wear. Often players who don't have the defence required will purchase Wizard boots instead of the better Infinity boots.
The Wizard boots are however favoured by 1 Defence pures, as they cannot equip infinity boots, while providing only one less magic attack bonus.
