The Pop costume is used during Some Like it Cold and is made alongside the Rock costume with a Strip of cloth, Crushed gem, Yellow dye and Black mushroom ink. The costumes are given to Ping & Pong during the quest to disguise themselves as musicians.
They can be made in the players POH Clockmaker's bench after the quest, but the player must be in the Penguin suit to equip them.
