The Rock costume is used during Some Like it Cold and is made alongside the Pop costume with a Strip of cloth, Crushed gem, Yellow dye and Black mushroom ink. The costumes are given to Ping & Pong during the quest to disguise themselves as musicians.
They can be made after the quest, but the player must be in the Penguin suit to equip them.
