Bone scraps, along with animal skulls, are found during the Carnillean rising quest in a spoil heap in the cave where the Juvenile wolves are found.
In preparing Philipe's quest, 2 bone scraps may be used along with 15 rusty spikes to make a Spike pit in the obstacle hotspot.
