Animal skulls, along with Bone scraps, are found during the Carnillean Rising quest in a spoil heap in the cave where the Juvenile wolves are found.
In preparing Philipe's quest, 2 animal skulls may be used along with 3 rusty spikes to make Impaled skulls in the wall decoration hotspot.
