Tithe-Master Von Blott is apparently the tithe master of Morytania. He represents the House Drakan, thus possibly being a member of it. He was mentioned in Postbag from the Hedge 46. <ref> http://services.runescape.com/m=rswiki/en/Postbag_46 Postbag from the Hedge 46 </ref>

He may also be the same tithe master as the one in Darkmeyer.
