Jack Oval is Taverley's master craftsman encountered during the Troll Warzone tutorial. He can tan hides and also runs a crafting shop with crafting skill supplies.
Jack will tan cowhides into soft leather for free. There is a cow pen just to the south of him, and a bank chest just north. This makes collecting the cowhides and turning them into leather for crafting or selling easy for low or high levelled players alike.
