Lolcano is an emote unlockable by members using Loyalty points. It is bought from Xuan in either Burthorpe or Varrock for 6,000 loyalty points.
Players who perform the emote will laugh maniacally atop a volcano, hence the emote's name. Lolcano is one of the few emotes with Speech in it.
