The Deathcon t-shirt is a holiday reward from the 2011 Hallowe'en event, as well as the deathcon lanyard (obtained by starting the event) and unlocking the Living on Borrowed Time emote. If you were a member, you would also receive an hourglass. It may be stored in the Toy box of a Player-owned house and if lost, it can be retrieved from Diango.

Trivia
- The examine info is a reference to the phrase "Been there, done that, got the t-shirt".
- When equipped with the Deathcon lanyard, the skull appears to have eyes due to them overlapping.
- They were worn by some Cosplayers during the 2011 Hallowe'en event.
- There is currently a glitch that allows players who haven't done Hallowe'en event 2011 to obtain the Deathcon t-shirt. It is probably obtained by killing chickens to obtain Cornucopia, then destroying it, and it caused the both the Deathcon t-shirt and the Deathcon lanyard to appear at Diango`s Item Return.
