Teleorbs are used in the Ritual of the Mahjarrat quest. Akrisae gives you four teleorbs in order to teleport the Stone of Jas away from the Mahjarrat ritual site.
The teleorbs are similar to the Strange teleorb used in the quest While Guthix Sleeps.
