A tier 1 wildstalker helmet is a helmet that keeps track of the amount of kills in the Wilderness of the wearer. Players may claim one from Mr Ex.

After 10 kills, a player can upgrade to a tier 2 helmet by clicking the Change-look option.

Though this is a free to play item, it does NOT track a player's kills in free-to-play wilderness, and thus will not progress past tier one. The Duellist's cap, however, does track free-to-play duels and will progress past tier 1.

It is worth noting that a player cannot use the Brag or Transform options for this helmet without having access to the Wildstalker helmet tier 2 helmet.

Players can be seen wearing this due to its resemblance to the Grim Reaper Hood.
