The White tree sapling is a quest item used in the Garden of Tranquility quest. It is grown from a white tree shoot and can be transplanted into the White Tree patch in Queen Ellamaria's garden behind Varrock Palace.
When it has become a fully grown White tree in Queen Ellamaria's garden, it can be picked yielding a white tree fruit which is a medium Varrock Task.
