Examine text | An ancient spirit has made itself at home within this suit of armour. |
A Warrior ancestor is a dwarf that wasn't able to get to the afterlife because they weren't buried with burial armour. They come to the workshop as spirits inhabiting the armour on the walls. If you kill the armour they will pass on.
By killing the armour, players will gain the dwarves' respect. A message will appear "For laying this ancestor to rest, you gain some respect." You receive about 0.1% respect per ancestor killed.
If the armour isn't killed after a few minutes, it will perform a flourish, then crumble to pieces.
None of the three ancestors are affected by Crumble Undead.

Trivia
- There is currently a glitch, when smithing a warrior ancestor will automatically appear and die; there is a second glitch where when a player almost kills a warrior ancestor, sometimes it will teleport/die randomly without actually killing it at any time during the fight.
