The Warrant is a quest item that is given to the player by Bravek in exchange for a hangover cure during the Plague City quest. The warrant grants the player access to the plague house in the south-east corner of West Ardougne in order to search for Elena. Players use the warrant by attempting to open the west door of the plague house, and then using the warrant on the nearby mourner.
