Walter Fairweather is the husband of Gertrude Fairweather and father of Wilough, Shilop, Kanel, and Philop Fairweather. Walter is a resident of Varrock, the capital city of Misthalin, but has not visited it for the last year.
Walter is mentioned in the Varrock Census of the Year 160 as being a travelling merchant, explaining his long absence from the city. He does not appear in-game, although it is possible he will make an appearance in the future.
