Vera is a werewolf located in the Hair of the Dog in Canifis. When fighting her, it is recommended to equip a Wolfbane dagger if you are a low level, otherwise she will turn into a werewolf. She cannot be killed as part of a werewolf slayer assignment in her human form.
Trivia
- Vera is the only attackable female werewolf in Canifis that does not have her hair covered by a hood.
- Her name could be a reference to the character Vera in The Open Window [1].
- Alternitavely, her name could be a pun; 'vera' means 'faith' or 'religion' in Russian and other Slavic languages. Her examine info says 'she seems sure of herself', which suggests she has 'belief' in herself.
