An Utuku staff can only be found in Daemonheim and has no requirements to wield. At complexity level 3+ and level 38 Fletching, the staff can be made by using a knife on Utuku branches.

As a staff made of Tier 4 wood, it can be imbued on a runecrafting altar to become any of the Low Tier magic staves up to the Air Staff (40 Runecrafting).
