Undead twigs can be obtained by cutting undead trees outside Draynor Manor with a blessed axe during the Animal Magnetism quest. Note: a player can fail to cut undead twigs from the undead tree sometimes.
Ordinary woodcutting axes will not be able to cut the undead tree, as they will "bounce off the bark" of the undead tree.
Note: Each twig gives you 5 woodcutting experience.
