Saxon ringlet is part of the Saxon Outfit. The full set is bought for 1,000 Loyalty points from Xuan. Its colour can be changed by talking to Xuan. It gives no bonuses and is a cosmetic item. It gives the player a different hairstyle (and a different beard for males) regardless of their current hairstyle, but once removed their hairstyle will revert back to the way it was. If it is lost, it can be reclaimed from Xuan. The full outfit can be stored in the costume box of a costume room, but it will be reverted back to its original colours.
When a player has their gender changed by the Make-over Mage while possessing an Saxon ringlet, a message will appear in the chatbox that says The piece of clothing magically changes, and gender of the item will be changed correspondingly.
When a Male player is in chat with an NPC with his ringlet equipped, his hair is changed and his mouth hangs open a little. This may possibly be a glitch, or it's simply how a male Saxon's face could appear.

Trivia
- When you click rest while you have Saxon Ringlet on your head, your hairstyle will change to be slightly longer.
- The female Saxon ringlet has a glitch that stretches the avatar's hair. This has yet to be fixed.
