A Tooth extractor is a members-only item used in the Fairy Tale III quest. It can be made by using a hammer on secateurs (this can be done only during the quest - if players try to do that after, they will get the message: "I'm not sure why I'd need to do this..." and nothing will happen). There are multiple hammer and secateur spawn-points in the north-west corner of the Fairy hideout. It is used to pick the lock in order to enter the Tooth Fairy's grotto and to remove a tooth from an ork general.
If lost after the quest, it cannot be replaced even if a player get the usual message that explains how to replace it in the "Destroy" option.
