The Sybil is a character in the first RuneScape novel, Betrayal at Falador. She is an evil witch aligned to the Kinshra that specializes in dreams, much like the Oneiromancer of the Moon Clan. She is a possible reference to the witch in the Black Knights' Fortress quest.

The Sybil is disliked by Lord Sulla, the then leader of the Kinshra, because he needs her and dislikes relying on others. The Sybil knows that Sulla fears Kara-Meir, a little girl. After Sulla is taken by the werewolf Jerrod, the new Kinshra Lord orders The Sybil to be killed, and she is cooked in her own cauldron, uttering curses and asking for mercy from the knights who were killing her on the Lord's orders.
