Swamp lizard quota ticket is a reward from Big Chinchompa that allows access to the Swamp lizard portal. It entitles you to catch one swamp lizard, and can be bought with 4 competence points at level 29 Hunter. The maximum quantity that can be owned at any time is 3,000, after which they can no longer be purchased.
