Stegoleather boots are a piece of the Tier 8 Stegoleather ranged set that was released with the Dungeoneering update. It requires 70 Ranged and 70 Defence to wear.
The boots can be crafted at level 73 by using a needle and thread with one piece of Stegomastyx hide in the player's inventory, earning 74.3 Crafting experience. A needle and thread can be bought from the Smuggler. Their ranged attack bonus is 3 lower than ranger boots and 2 higher than snakeskin boots.
