A steel ingot iii is an item used in Artisans Workshop to make Smith's helm (steel), Smith's chestplate (steel), Smith's gauntlets (steel), and Smith's boots (steel). They can be made by using 9 iron ore and 17 coal on the smelter. This is the best type of ingot available to Free-to-play players.
Experience
Smithing these bars at the Artisans Workshop into burial armour normally can give up to 396 (793 with a sacred clay hammer) experience per bar. This is done with the reward quick learner unlocked and when following Suak's instructions.
They are the least efficient way of training smithing on F2P in regards to xp/gp.
