The Starting horn came with the update of 15 July and is sold by Faruq in Al-Kharid. Their purpose is to make player created games easier. When the horn is used, a Master of Races will appear and freeze all movement from friends chat members wearing Racing boots. He will then announce "Ready! Set! Go!" before allowing movement once again. Some groups are using it as a battle horn by not wearing racing boots and activating it. Before the Free Trade update it was even used in revenant hunting to signal other players that a revenant is nearby.
