A Spinoleather torn bag is a drop from various monsters found in Daemonheim. Along with a green charm, the bag may be used to make Brah worldbearer pouches that are used in the Summoning skill. A bag may also be high alchemized for a modest sum of coins. They can be sold to the Smuggler, who is found in the starting room of any dungeon for a fair amount (888 coins), hence the description "...and valuable to smugglers".
